Lara and Dan’s two-year anniversary couple session was an absolute DREAM!

I love talking with my couples and deciding on a location that is not only picturesque but also meaningful to them! When Lara mentioned the. Edmonds Fishing Pier for our shoot, I knew right away that a session at the Edmonds Fishing Pier and Marina Beach Park would be the BEST way to go! 

We first met at the Edmonds Yacht Club, where we took photos outside with beautiful flower pots and lavender behind benches. It was such a romantic and nautical spot to start off the evening, and we got so many beautiful shots! 

When you’re on the Washington coast, you never know what you’re going to get with weather… even in June! But we totally lucked out on 80 degree weather, and it felt like one of those magical summer nights where we danced and laughed into the sunset. ♥️ 

Lara and Dan are so adorable. While culling (i.e. sorting) through photos, it felt like I was favoriting ALL of them! I’d go to the next photo and I’m like WAIT NO, THIS is the cutest picture ever! and then I’d go to the next one and say the same thing!! 

We took photos on the sea wall, which were some of my favorites from the night!

I’m a HUGE Lara & Dan fan!! They’re a beautiful couple inside and out, not to mention SO down-to-earth, humble, and kind.

We ventured out to the dock and admired the beautiful views. We even popped a champagne bottle to celebrate their two years together and just being alive! 

On the way back, the sea wall was lined with dozens of people sitting on the ledge while enjoying and watching the sunset. It was a beautiful site to see! 

We hopped in my car and drove to Marina Beach Park and continued to enjoy the beautiful beach views after the sun went down. 

The colors were absolutely gorgeous. 

There was a transient man at the beach who was admiring Lara & Dan and he said something about capturing and creating memories together, which summed up the night pretty well … we definitely captured some amazing moments tonight! It was the perfect way to celebrate their 2-year anniversary and capture some amazing moments… SO many beautiful moments! ♥️🍾✨

It was starting to get a bit cold, so we brought my soft blanket that I had in my car. Dan & Lara wrapped the blanket around themselves to stay warm as we walked along the beach, and it was SO sweet!
